DIAMOND EDITION : PANORAMA OF THE ANTHROPOCENE
Extending the series initially entitled Landscapes, then Panorama of the Anthropocene, here the Diamond Edition investigates more technical challenges in video installation works. In addition to remixing the square layout of Instagram, the pixelated landscapes of Minecraft and the geometric paintings of Peter Halley, rotating video screens at 45 degree angles recalls the modernist art of Piet Mondrian. In this series shown exclusively at Elektra Gallery, I experimented with unconventional video composition as well as with a deep exploration of NFTs. Every self-contained video loop from these installations were reproduced, minted and sold online via eco-friendly crypto-currencies. Less chaotic this time, the arrangement of works however still evokes a narrative which interlinks intensive farming with industrial factories, technology and the global supply chain to feed cities worldwide.

EDITION DIAMANT : PANORAMA DE L'ANTHROPOCENE
Prolongeant les séries initialement intitulées Paysages, puis Panorama de l'Anthropocène, l’Édition Diamant explore ici certains défis plus techniques de l'installation vidéo. En plus de remixer la mise en page carrée d'Instagram, les paysages pixélisés de Minecraft et les peintures géométriques de Peter Halley, la rotation des écrans vidéo à 45 degrés rappelle l'art moderniste de Piet Mondrian. Dans cette série présentée exclusivement à la galerie Elektra, j'ai expérimenté avec une composition vidéo non conventionnelle ainsi qu'une exploration approfondie des NFT. Chacune des boucles vidéo des installations ont été reproduites, validées et vendues en ligne sous des chaînes de crypto-monnaies écoresponsables. Moins chaotique cette fois, l’accrochage des œuvres évoque cependant toujours un récit qui interpelle autant l'agriculture intensive que les usines industrielles, technologiques et la chaîne d'approvisionnement mondiale pour alimenter les villes de la Terre.
